Material Lists
What are material lists?
Material lists in enrutar allow you to track the materials needed for a work order or a specific appointment. They are useful for ensuring that operators have everything they need before going to a job site.
Creating material lists
Material lists can be created from the work order page. Each item in the list has:
- Name: description of the material.
- Quantity: how much is needed.
- Status: whether it has been collected/prepared or not.
Using material lists
Material lists appear on the My Workday screen, where operators can see all the materials they need for the day's appointments. They can mark items as completed — for example, when loading them into the van at the start of the workday.
Material identifiers
Materials use the Identifier System with the format mat-000000. These identifiers cannot be modified.
Material permissions
According to the Permission System:
- Users with restricted access can only view materials for work orders they are assigned to, and can mark items as complete/incomplete (including on archived work orders).
- Users with management or full access can create, edit and delete materials on any work order.
