Material lists have been retired

Material lists were a legacy feature for preparing which materials an operator had to take to an appointment. They were marked as Deprecated and, as announced, were removed from the app in October 2026.

Since then, the materials menu, the materials sections in work orders, appointments and My Workday, and the option to create lists with audio no longer appear. Old material entries remain visible in the work order history, but they no longer link to any screen.

What is kept

  • Data from existing lists is kept on the server. If you need a copy, contact support.
  • Materials in work reports do not change. If an appointment had planned materials, the report can still suggest them when you prepare it.

What to use now

To prepare lines for goods or services, use the Articles catalogue or add custom lines in the work report.
