- Admins and managers can now disable users directly from their profile. The user is signed out immediately and cannot access the app; their seat becomes available for another user.
- To reactivate a disabled user, you need a free seat. If you do not have one, the system takes you directly to the subscription page.
- Admins can enable or disable AI features individually from Settings > Artificial Intelligence (audio transcription, job creation from WhatsApp, @Eva mentions, etc.).
- New users must accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy the first time they log in.

She can also search team members by name to assign the appointment directly. The WhatsApp reply to the customer now includes an AI-generated summary instead of a generic message.

- Job reminders are now sent as direct push notifications instead of comments. Tapping the notification opens the job and the specific reminder. Creating a reminder also subscribes you to the job automatically.
- When you archive a job that has active work reports, enrutar asks whether you also want to archive them so you can do everything at once.
