Calendar
The Calendar in enrutar provides a visual overview of Appointments and approved Absences and is one of the main tools for planning your team's schedule.
Calendar views
The calendar has five views: Day, 3 days, Work week, Week and Month. The date selector adapts to the view; you can navigate from year to month and then to day, while Month view lets you select a month directly.
Clicking an appointment opens the same appointment modal used elsewhere in enrutar.
Filters and search
Use filters for operators, Routes, Work Order Statuses, Work Orders and Customers, plus text search. Operator filters are grouped into users, teams and agents, and each group can be toggled as a whole.
Timeline
The timeline loads the full month containing the selected date and focuses that date within a horizontally scrollable range covering all 24 hours of every day.
- Group rows by Routes or Operators.
- Use
Zoomfrom 25% to 200%. On desktop, useZoom outandZoom in; on mobile, openMore actions. - Agent and Team rows are hidden the first time for a cleaner view and can be shown with the people filters.
Dragging and resizing
Users with suitable permissions can drag appointments to change their date, time, operator or route and resize them to change their duration. In Month view, dragging changes the day but not the time.
All-day and multi-day appointments occupy every affected slot or day. Cards display All day instead of technical times where appropriate.
Creating appointments from the calendar
Click or drag over an empty area to open appointment creation with its date, time and, on timeline rows, operator or route pre-filled. If the work order does not exist, you can create it in the same flow.
Card settings
Under Calendar card settings, preview and choose whether cards show the status icon, time, assignees, title, customer, address, appointment identifier, work order identifier and route. The preference is stored on the device.
Bulk editing appointments
Management and Full Access users can select Edit, choose several appointments and use:
Assign, which adds assignees without automatically replacing existing ones.Status.Route, includingNo route.Delete.
If every selected appointment has the same route, it is preselected; otherwise you must choose one. Dates and times cannot be rescheduled with a bulk action. Filters and quick search remain available while editing.
Schedule conflicts
The organization can enable Warn about schedule conflicts in Organization Settings. When enabled, enrutar checks assignees when creating, moving, resizing or editing an appointment.
If an employee has another overlapping appointment or an absence, a warning lists the affected people and times. Teams are checked through their members. The Schedule conflict dialog groups conflicts by person and distinguishes appointments from absences. After reviewing it, click Schedule anyway to confirm an exception.
Live updates and card colors
The Calendar updates automatically when appointments change elsewhere; no page reload is required. Appointment cards use their route color.
Approved absences use the color and icon of their absence type. They are informational and cannot be dragged, resized or selected in bulk editing.
Restricted Access users open accessible appointments read-only from the Calendar. They cannot create, drag, resize, delete or bulk-edit appointments, but can still update status through the operational appointment flow.
