Kanban Board
The Kanban Board is available within Work Orders and displays work orders as cards organized into status columns.
Each work order belongs to a board that groups work orders, statuses, appointments and members independently. Every organization has a default board, and administrators can create more boards for separate teams, locations or workflows.
Board view, filters and sorting
The board shares filters with the list view. Search visible fields, filter by appointment date range and sort cards within each column. Work orders without a status appear in a stable No status column.
You can move cards between columns by drag and drop on desktop. Bulk editing supports selecting several cards and applying shared changes.
Switching and managing boards
When several boards exist, use the selector at the top of the Work Orders screen. Switching board shows only its work orders and statuses, keeps filters within that board, and adapts available appointments and assignees.
Management users can create and rename boards, manage members and choose their statuses. Removing a person or team from a board also removes incompatible assignments where necessary.
Moving a work order to another board
From a work order's actions menu (...), choose Move to another board, then select a destination board and valid destination status. The action is hidden when there is only one board. Restricted Access users cannot move work orders between boards.
If existing assignees lack access to the destination board, enrutar lists who will be unassigned and asks for confirmation before removing them from the work order and its appointments.
Column customization
Collapse or reorder columns from their headers. Column order is saved separately for each user across sessions and devices and does not affect colleagues.
Mobile
The Kanban Board is the default Work Orders view on mobile, but cards cannot be moved between columns by drag and drop.
