Work Order History
What is the work order history?
The work order history is a chronological log of all the changes and events that have occurred in a work order. It provides complete traceability of what has happened throughout the work order's lifecycle.
Where can you see it?
You can access the history from the work order detail page, in the History tab. It shows a timeline of events ordered by date and time.
What is recorded?
The history automatically records events such as:
- Work order creation
- Status changes
- Assignee additions or removals
- Tag modifications
- Appointment creation, updates or cancellations
- And other relevant changes
Each entry shows who made the change, when it was made, and what changed. This makes it easy to track the full evolution of any work order.
