Route Sheets
What are route sheets?
Route sheets in enrutar are summary documents that group all the Appointments assigned to a specific route on a given day. They provide a quick overview of the day's workload for a particular route.
What information do they include?
A route sheet typically includes:
- The route name
- The date
- All appointments scheduled for that route on that day
- Customer information for each appointment
- Addresses and contact details
- Appointment times
How to use route sheets
Route sheets are useful for:
- Planning: reviewing the day's work before starting.
- Printing: having a physical copy of the day's schedule.
- Coordination: sharing the day's plan with team members.
Accessing route sheets
Route sheets can be generated from the Calendar or route management screens, filtering by a specific route and date.
