Route Sheets

What are route sheets?


Route sheets in enrutar are summary documents that group all the Appointments assigned to a specific route on a given day. They provide a quick overview of the day's workload for a particular route.

What information do they include?


A route sheet typically includes:

  • The route name
  • The date
  • All appointments scheduled for that route on that day
  • Customer information for each appointment
  • Addresses and contact details
  • Appointment times

How to use route sheets


Route sheets are useful for:

  • Planning: reviewing the day's work before starting.
  • Printing: having a physical copy of the day's schedule.
  • Coordination: sharing the day's plan with team members.

Accessing route sheets


Route sheets can be generated from the Calendar or route management screens, filtering by a specific route and date.
