My Workday

Accessing My Workday


My Workday is the screen where all the appointments of an operator are shown for a given day. It is only accessible when using the application on mobile devices. To access it you can:

  • Click the My Workday button in the Quick Actions section on the Notifications screen.
  • Click the calendar with check icon in the mobile navigation menu.

Using My Workday


The screen is divided into four main elements, from top to bottom:

  • Date navigation: you can use the side arrows to navigate between calendar days. You can also click on the text My Workday for <DD/MM> to open a calendar and navigate to any date you want.
  • Map: You see a map with the addresses of all appointments planned for the day, as well as the start and end point if your appointments belong to a route. If you click it, it will open Google Maps with directions for the route.
  • Material Lists: If any of the day's appointments have materials assigned, they will be shown here. You can go through them and mark materials as completed — for example, when loading them into the van at the start of the workday.
  • Appointments: You can see all appointments planned for the day, ordered by start time. Clicking on them will navigate to the appointment screen. Once an appointment is completed, it will be hidden and a Show completed appointments text will appear that you must click if you want to see them again.
