AI in enrutar

Artificial intelligence in enrutar helps automate repetitive tasks and provides smart features that make your daily work easier. Here is an overview of the main AI capabilities available in the platform.

Work order creation by email

enrutar can automatically create Work Orders from incoming emails. When you send or forward an email to your organization's incoming email address, the AI:

  • Extracts the work order details (title, description, customer, date).
  • Creates the work order and, if applicable, an appointment.
  • Matches the email to an existing customer if possible.
  • Posts the original email content as a comment via EVA.

To find your incoming email address, go to Settings > Organization Settings.

Work order creation by WhatsApp

Similarly, verified employees can create work orders by sending a WhatsApp message to enrutar's number. The AI processes the message content and creates the work order.

Key features:

  • Audio message support: Send voice notes for faster work order creation.
  • Message forwarding: Forward customer messages to create work orders with their context.
  • Multi-message support: The system waits 30 seconds between messages to group them into a single work order.

Audio transcription

When operators record audio comments, enrutar automatically transcribes them into text. This makes audio content searchable and easier to review.

Document analysis

Documents uploaded to enrutar are processed by AI to:

  • Extract summaries that help with searching.
  • Enable natural language search on the documents page.
  • Provide context for work reports.

AI summaries in work reports

When generating Work Reports, the AI can create summaries based on the Comments and activity in the work order, excluding resolved comments.

EVA - Enrutar Virtual Assistant

EVA is the AI agent in enrutar that:

  • Reports customer responses to appointment reminders.
  • Creates work orders from emails and WhatsApp messages.
  • Can be mentioned in comments (@Eva) to create reminders or schedule appointments.

Data privacy

All AI processing is done securely. Your data is only used to provide features within enrutar and is never shared with third parties or used to train external models.
