Using Eva in Comments
Using EVA in comments allows you to create reminders or schedule appointments directly from a work order's thread, without leaving the conversation.
How to mention EVA
- Open the work order and go to the Comments section.
- Type
@to open the mention selector and choose EVA (Enrutar Virtual Assistant) in the Agents group. - Write your request with the desired date and time.
- Send the comment.
EVA will respond in the same thread confirming what was created.
Usage examples
@Eva remind me to call the customer tomorrow at 10@Eva schedule an appointment for Thursday from 10 to 12
If information is missing
If the request does not include a clear date or time, EVA will respond indicating what detail is missing in order to create the reminder or appointment.
Current limitations
For now, EVA in comments can only:
- Create reminders.
- Schedule appointments.
