Using Eva in Comments

Using EVA in comments allows you to create reminders or schedule appointments directly from a work order's thread, without leaving the conversation.

How to mention EVA


  1. Open the work order and go to the Comments section.
  2. Type @ to open the mention selector and choose EVA (Enrutar Virtual Assistant) in the Agents group.
  3. Write your request with the desired date and time.
  4. Send the comment.

EVA will respond in the same thread confirming what was created.

Usage examples


  • @Eva remind me to call the customer tomorrow at 10
  • @Eva schedule an appointment for Thursday from 10 to 12

If information is missing


If the request does not include a clear date or time, EVA will respond indicating what detail is missing in order to create the reminder or appointment.

Current limitations


For now, EVA in comments can only:

  • Create reminders.
  • Schedule appointments.
