First steps in the field
Downloading the App
enrutar is a web app, which means it works perfectly from any browser. However, for a better experience we recommend installing it on your device's home screen. To do so, follow the step-by-step guide on the Downloads Page.
Performing the appointment
Once you have the app installed on your mobile device, you can log in and navigate to My Workday.
My Workday
This is the main screen of the mobile app, where you can see all the Appointments where you are the operator. If you click on one of the Appointments, it will take you to the detailed view of that Appointment. Here you can find the title and description, plus a menu at the top. Below we will explain the most important features.
Clock In
The first step once the appointment starts is to clock in, which is done using the top button on the screen where it says Start. Once clocked in, enrutar will record your time until you press Finish.

Contact
The phone and map icons open contact options. The phone allows you to see the customer's contact number to call them or contact them via WhatsApp. The map shows the appointment location and provides directions to get there.

Comments
Comments are a vital part of how enrutar works. They allow you to record everything that happened during the appointment in real time and provide evidence and traceability of the work once completed. To enter comments, go to the bottom of the screen. You can provide 3 types of comments.
- Text comments. Click on the comment box and type. Send the comment by pressing the
Sendbutton. - Audio comments. Click on
Record Audioand your voice will start being recorded. Once finished, pressSend. Audio recordings are automatically transcribed in enrutar for a better experience. - Files such as photos, videos or documents. Click on
Attach Filesand a menu will appear where you can select an existing photo or video or open the camera to take one right then. Then send as normal. You can discover more about supported files at Documents.

Work Report
Most appointments in enrutar end with the creation of a work report. This is a report that collects the most important information from the appointment and allows the Customer or Operator to sign it as proof of the work performed. To create one, click on the document icon in the top menu of the appointment screen.
This will open a form that is automatically filled in with some of the collected data, such as the appointment title or recorded time. All this data can be modified. Finally, you can click on the Tap to sign box to allow the customer (or yourself) to sign the report.
When you save the report, it remains associated with the work order and appointment and cannot be modified again.

Finishing the appointment
Once the report is signed, the appointment can be considered finished. To do this, click on the calendar button in the top menu and mark the appointment as Completed if you haven't already done so.
