Register and set up your organization
Signing up for enrutar
The first step to start using enrutar is to sign up. To do so, navigate to the registration page and enter your company details. Click Sign Up and you will be inside the platform.
Once you complete the registration you should receive an email with a link to set your password in enrutar. We recommend doing this as soon as possible.
Setting up the organization
The next step is to provide the organization's public information. To do this, within the app navigate to Settings > Organization Settings.
From here you can modify the name, website, email address and contact number. This data appears in some entities such as Work Reports or WhatsApp Reminders.
You can also modify the company's location and working hours. This is relevant for time zones in the Calendar and Appointments.
Starting the trial period
Once the organization is configured, the account will be ready for use on the Autonomous Plan. However, if you have a team and need to add your employees, you must switch to the Premium Plan.
To do this, you need to start a subscription on the Subscriptions and Payments screen. Here you will choose the number of users you need and the billing period[^1]. Then you will go to our payment gateway, and once you enter your details and complete the transaction you will see that your subscription has been updated and you are in the trial period. Now you can start inviting your Employees.
Once the trial period ends, your card will be charged. Learn more at Subscriptions and Payments
Inviting Employees
To give your Employees access to enrutar, you need to invite them. Go to the Employees Page and click the Invite Employee button. This will open a form where you need to enter the following details:
- Name: This is the name they will have in enrutar.
- Email: This is required because it is how they will log into the platform, and where the link to set their password will be sent.
- Phone: Optional.
- Role: Classifies the Employee according to the nature of their work. See Role System.
- Permission level: Determines what information the user can see and modify. See Permission System.
