Employees
In enrutar, the employees section groups any type of user registered within your organization. From here you can view the list, edit data and (depending on your plan and permissions) invite or remove users.
Where is the employee list managed?
To access the employee list go to:
On this screen you will see your organization's employee list.
Editing an employee
By clicking on an employee in the list (if you have permissions), you can edit their data, including:
- Name
- Phone
- Role
- Permission level
- Identifier (for example, national ID number or tax ID depending on the country)
The Identifier field helps you store an internal employee record based on the usual document for the country.
Roles (for visual identification only)
Roles primarily serve to visually identify the user (for example, by the avatar/preview color) and for internal organization. They do not determine what the user can or cannot do within the app.
Available roles:
- Office staff
- Field staff
- AMI
- Administrator
Permission level (defines actual access)
The permission level is what controls what a user can see and do within enrutar. Levels:
- Full access
- Management
- Restricted

A role (for example, "field staff") can have any permission level: restricted, management or full access. They are independent things.
Updating, disabling or deleting employees
From the employee modal/card you can:

Disabling an employee (available for users with Full access or Management):
- The employee is immediately disconnected and cannot access the app.
- Their user slot becomes free and can be assigned to another employee.
- They will receive the message "Your account has been deactivated. Contact your administrator." if they try to log in.
- They will not receive notifications (push, email) while disabled.
- To reactivate them, press the orange
Reactivatebutton on their card. Note that you will need to have a free slot in your subscription; if not, the system will indicate that you need to add more users.
Deletion is limited to users with Full access.
Inviting employees (depending on your plan)
From this screen you can also invite employees by email (they will receive an access email), as long as your plan allows it:
- On Premium Plan and Enterprise Plan: normally available.
- On Autonomous Plan: you must upgrade to Premium or Enterprise.
Verifying phone (for AI/WhatsApp features)
If the user enters their own profile, they can verify their phone to enable WhatsApp access for actions such as creating Work Orders with AI in enrutar.
Phone verification is private: only you can see and manage the verification status of your own phone. Other users or administrators cannot see this data in the employee list or on your card.
