Time Entries Map
The Time Entries Map in enrutar provides a geographical view of all Time Entries, allowing you to see where your team members have clocked in and out.
What is the Time Entries Map?
The Time Entries Map displays time entry locations on a map, making it easy to:
- See where your team is working.
- Verify that time entries match expected appointment locations.
- Get a geographical overview of your operations.
How it works
When an employee clocks in or out of an appointment, enrutar can record the geographical location (with the employee's permission). These locations are then displayed on the map.
Filters
The Time Entries Map supports filters to help you focus on specific data:
- Employees
- Date range
- Customers
- Work Orders
Permissions
According to the Permission System:
- Users with restricted access can only see their own time entry locations.
- Users with management or full access can see all time entry locations.
