Subscriptions and Payments

Subscription management


enrutar offers different plans to adapt to the needs of each company. You can manage your subscription from Settings > Subscription and Payments.

Available plans


Autonomous Plan

The basic plan for individual users who work alone. Includes the core features of enrutar without the need for a team.

Premium Plan

Designed for companies with a team. Allows you to invite Employees and access all collaboration and management features. Includes a trial period so you can test it before committing.

Enterprise Plan

For large companies with specific needs. Contact our team for a custom quote.

Starting a subscription


To start or upgrade your subscription:

  1. Go to Settings > Subscription and Payments.
  2. Select the number of users you need.
  3. Choose the billing period (monthly or annual).
  4. Complete the payment through our secure payment gateway.

Trial period


When you start a Premium or Enterprise subscription, you get a trial period to test all the features. Once the trial period ends, your card will be charged automatically.

Managing your subscription


From the subscription screen you can:

  • View your current plan and billing details.
  • Change the number of users.
  • Update your payment method.
  • Cancel your subscription.

Invoices


All invoices are available from the subscription screen. You can download them at any time for your records.

Subscription permissions


According to the Permission System:

  • Only users with full access can manage the subscription and payment settings.
  • Users with management access can see the subscription information but cannot make changes.
  • Users with restricted access cannot access subscription settings.
