Reports Screen

The Reports screen in enrutar provides aggregated data and statistics about your organization's operations, helping you make informed decisions based on real data.

What is the Reports screen?


The Reports screen is accessible from the main navigation and shows key metrics about your work orders, appointments, time entries and team performance.

Available reports


The reports section includes different types of analysis:

Statistics

Overview of your organization's activity, including:

  • Number of work orders by status
  • Number of appointments completed
  • Time spent per customer or work order
  • Team productivity metrics

Time entry report

A detailed report of all Time Entries that allows you to:

  • See total hours worked by employee
  • Filter by date range, employee, customer or work order
  • Export data for payroll or invoicing purposes

Permissions


According to the Permission System:

  • Users with restricted access can only view their own time entry records.
  • Users with management or full access can view all statistics and all time entry records.
