Customer Notifications

Customer notifications in enrutar allow you to keep your customers informed about the status of their Work Orders and Appointments automatically.

What are customer notifications?


Customer notifications are messages sent to your customers through various channels (WhatsApp, email) to inform them about relevant events. They are different from the internal Notification System which is for your team.

Types of customer notifications


Appointment reminders

Using WhatsApp Templates, you can send reminders to customers about upcoming appointments. Customers can confirm or reject, and EVA reports the response.

Work report delivery

When a work report is completed, it can be automatically sent to the customer via email.

Status updates

Depending on your configuration, customers can be notified when their work order's status changes.

Configuration


Customer notification preferences can be configured at the organization level in your settings. You can choose:

  • Which events trigger notifications.
  • Which channels are used (WhatsApp, email).
  • What information is included in the notification.

When customers respond to notifications (for example, confirming or rejecting an appointment reminder), EVA automatically:
