Responsive calendar
Responsive calendar
We have greatly improved how the calendar works. It is now faster and more intuitive to change visit dates, times and assignments. The improvements introduced are:
- Drag and drop visits to change their date and time from the calendar.
- Drag the edges to extend or shorten the visit.
- Drag within the schedule to change the assigned manager or route.
Job tags
Job tags
We have added job tags, making it easier to customise (and therefore find) tasks. A job can have multiple tags, and you can filter by each of them. In short, enrutar now allows you to:
- Create and edit job tags, either from settings or from the job itself.
- Assign tags to jobs and filter them using those tags.
Documents
Documents screen
Finding documents is now much easier. We have introduced a new section where you will find all your documents, both those you have uploaded to enrutar and those you receive via WhatsApp. This allows you to find photos or PDFs without opening individual jobs, customers or chats. Everything is centralised in one place. You can now:
- See an overview of all your files.
- Filter by job, customer or date.
