This week at enrutar we have mainly focused on improving job sheets and notifications. Here is what's new:

Improvements to job sheets
From now on, job sheets allow you to add images. To do so, simply upload the photos to comments as you already did, and then, when you create the job sheet, you will be able to select and add them.
Another improvement to job sheets is that you can now send them automatically by email to your customers. You just need to add the customer's email address to the job and enable sending under Settings > Customer notifications. They will receive an email like this one with the job sheet attached as a PDF.
Customer notifications
Until now, enrutar allowed you to send customers WhatsApp reminders the day before a visit. This helps customers confirm or cancel visits before they take place. We have added two new types of notification:
- Visit reminder by email. This works in the same way as the WhatsApp reminder, but sends an email at the time you set on the day before the visit.
- Automatic delivery of job sheets by email. As explained in the previous section.
To enable these notifications, go to Settings > Customer notifications.
Design and usability improvements
We are continuing to make enrutar more intuitive and easier to use. Here are some of the most important changes:
- Improvements to the Job page. We have split its sections into two columns to optimise the use of space.
- Updated job creation form. We have moved phone number, email and address suggestions to their respective input fields.
- Updated permissions. Users with Full Access can now delete comments.
- Performance improvements in AI generation. Thanks to the use of more efficient models.
